Truly--we were made to feel right at home--starting with the initial Skype call to Arturo, front desk manager and his side-kick, Randall; to Yuri, our wonderful van driver, to the kitchen staff and housekeeping, who were endlessly patient with our questions and requests, and who volunteered the kind of helpful information clueless, non-Spanish-speaking tourists like us need (but often don't get). . .  We would go back in a heartbeat!  (and we hope we will be able to, soon).
